    @ErrorIsOnYTlast year This was really hard as a self teaching gymnast but i did it i could give you more tips the tips:
    try to put pillows underneath your stomach id="hidden4"
    do it on a bed than on the floor when your comfortable
    do a bridge and get in your elbows and get your head to your legs
    do a arch back every day

    @ThePeytonLeigh2 years ago I have so much difficulty stretching my leg behind my back. I do a split and my torso is leaning forward instead of up straight because of it. Cant figure it out but maybe these stretches can help.
