    chapati: using oil on the tawa.
    phulka: using tawa and gas to cook.
    roti: not using the oil on the tawa.

    @sazji3 years ago Ha, thought i was making phulka but it turns out ive been making roti. Mine puff up when i flip them back to the first side, just like a phulka, but on the tawa. Or the cast iron pan that substitutes for a tawa.
