Jerk Pork Recipe
1/2 kg Pork ( can use any cut of pork of choice)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1-2 tbsp jerk seasoning
1 cup beer of choice (optional)
Allow to marinate for 4-6 hours in the fridge or overnight. The longer the better.
Bake covered for 1 hour on 200•C. Then uncovered for 1/2hour and baste with the juices released so that the meat don’t dry out.
