    @pepperam56942 years ago I hadn't realized that I need to power it on first! I thought that was just the button to turn the wireless connection on, not the overall power to the headset. Very helpful, thank you! 3

    @DONNYDLION2 years ago Me personally, I was having too many issues with the normal Bluetooth connection. So I got the Microsoft wireless adapter and it worked like a charm. Low latency and beautiful sound, no disconnect, no static, etc. just wonderful sound. I recommend getting the wireless adapter unless you ok with the Bluetooth connection ... 1

I can use the sound and microphone at the same time but the sound quality is going down i also have got it in discord. i tried alot of things like turning handsfree telephony off but it doesn't work. it sounds like when you call on your phone and start playing music at the same time. do you maybe know a solution? ...

    @lorinlankins3004last year Device isn't being picked up in Bluetooth devices. I have an older version and not the right charging cords anymore. Seems to be charged, I don't even have a power button on mine tho

If I disconnect it doesn’t connect again. This is very frustrating. My headphones don’t even show up in the “more sound settings” like that doesn’t even make sense.     @charlesmamon85162 years ago Steelseries sells the headset without an adapter making the headset useless for PC's. Why not just throw the adapter in with the premium priced headset. There are many other headsets with better sound, weight and comfort. I was actually hoping that you had an affiliate link that worked so that you could make some cash on the adapters which are in such high demand. You could have made some money since Steelseries is just price gauging the consumers. You might as well make a buck on Steelseries screwing us over ...
