Description Ingredients of Chana Daal puri Daal Puri :- Take 250 gm Chana Daal (Soak it for 2 to 3 hrs) 1tspn Cumin 1/4 tspn heeng 1 red chilli 1tspn Salt Two Cup wheat flour 1 tspn desi ghee Now put Daal n spices in a pressure cooker add 1/2 Cup of water then put on the low flame till 4-5 pressure come up.... For dough take a bowl n put the wheat flour it n add Desi ghee then add luke warm water and make a soft dough then let it rest for half an hour After that put ur cooked Daal in a plate .... when it becomes cool then grind it whether on sil batta or grinder... then to remove extra moisture take a pan pour 1tspn mustard oil then put ur stuffing in it ... sauté for 1min. Let it be cool ....now make small balls of dough n fill the stuffing in it n very gently move the roller over it then deep fry on medium to high flame....ur Chana Daal puri is ready .... Kheer :- 200 gm 🍚 rice ( soaked for 2hrs) 200 gm sugar 2 ltr. Full Cream milk 1tspn cardamom powder Some dry fruits roasted n Kesar leaves for garnishing Now put the milk in a deep pan on flame let it boil for 4-5 minutes then add rice ( roughly crushed by hands) keep stirring then add sugar ....after 4 minutes add cardamom powder ... keep stirring till rice will be completely cooked.... Now ur kheer is ready ... garnish with dry fruits and Kesar leaves.... Now serve with Daal puri...
