Chamagadda or Chamadumpala Pulusu recipe is one of the traditional dish usually made in coastal region and Nellor in Andhra. The preparation of making this recipe is slightly different from region to region. Some people may mix this with tamarind or some use coconut. I used to have this dish from childhood as my mom prepare sometimes. Some people don't like it, but when actually they start eating it, they will be loving this Chamagadda Pulusu for sure. Chamagadda is also called as Arbi or Taro root which is a very good source of vitamins and of course minerals. There are many health benefits we can get by eating this. This benefit us from reducing fatigue, weight loss, indigestion etc. This Chamagadda Pulusu is really good with the combination of rice.
