‎المكرونة نص كيلو مكرونة قلم ‎معلقة كبيرة ملح ‎ماء لسلق المكرونة ‎صوص اللحمة مع الطماطم ‎١/٢ كيلو لحمة مفرومة ‎بصلة كبيرة ‎١/٢ معلقة كبابة صيني ‎١/٤ معلقة فلفل اسود ‎١/٤ ملعقة حبهان مطحون ‎١/٤ ملعقة ورق لورا مطحون ‎ملح حسب الرغبة ‎ملعقة سمن او زيت لو اللحمة مفيهاش اي نسبة دهون ‎صوص الباشميل ‎٨ ملاعق دقيق ‎٨ ملاعق زيت وزبدة ‎٦ اكواب لبن وكوب كريمة طهي For the pasta 1 box / 1 Ib Penne pasta Salt For the meat sauce: 500g/ or I Ib ground beef1 tablespoon oil if needed 1 onion3 cups fresh tomato juice 1/2 teaspoon allspice 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon cardamom 1/4 teaspoon ground bay leaves For the Bechamel sauce: 3/4 cup flour or 8 tablespoons flour 4 tablespoons butter and 4 tablespoons oil ( any kind) 6 cup milk , and 1 cup heavy cream or/ light cream or half & half ( all cold) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg Boil the pasta in salted water until all dente. To make the meat sauce brown the ground beef in its own fat then add the diced onion and cook it, then add all the spices and tomato sauce and simmer until cooked through. The Bechamel sauce. Melt butter and oil in a deep pan, then slowly add in the flour and continuously whisk to create a roux. Cook the flour, whisking continuously for 3-4 minutes, then slowly add in the cold milk all at once. Allow the sauce to thicken for about 5-7 minutes while whisking. Add in the seasoning and check that the sauce has thickened properly by coating the back of a spoon and running your finger through it - it should remain separated layering Put about 1 cup of the Bechamel sauce in the bottom of lasagna deep baking pan. then add half of the pasta, then cover it with all of the meat mixture and smooth it out to an even layer. Add the second half of the pasta, then pour all bechamel sauce of on top. Bake it in 400 degrees oven for 40 minutes
