1 chicken chopped into small pieces
Add 1 tsp salt
Add 4 tbsp green seasoning
Peel and finely chopped 4 Gingee/Chinese Ochro
Blended seasoning
7 cloves of garlic
2 broad leaf/thick leaf thyme
4 mari wirrie peppers
4-6 stems of fine thyme
7 headless green onions
Spices
In a bowl add 1 tsp goat and duck curry powder
Add 2 tsp roasted ground geera/cumin
Add 1 tsp garam masala
Add 1 tbsp turmeric powder
Add 1 1/2 tbsp curry powder
Add blended seasoning and mix to a paste
In a pot with 2 tsp oil
Add curry paste and cook until it starts sticking to the bottom of the pot
Add 1 1/2 tsp salt
Add 1/2 of a large onion finely chopped
Add chicken and cook until natural water is evaporated
Add Gingee/Chinese Ochro
Cook until desire
