Baked Potato (Usineko Aaloo - उसिनेको आलू): 1 medium sized 3. Chopped Onion (Masino Pareko Pyaj - मसिनो पारेको हरियो प्याज): 1 small or 5 tablespoons 4. Chopped Carrot (Masino Pareko Gajar - मसिनो पारेको गाजर): 3 tablespoons 5. Chopped Tomato (Masino Pareko Golbheda - मसिनो पारेको गोलभेडा): 1 small pc 6. Chopped Green Onion / Spring onion stem: 2 pcs 7. Chopped Green Chilies (Masino Pareko Hariyo Khursani - मसिनो पारेको हरियो खुर्सानी): 5 pcs 8. Chopped Cilantro (Masino Pareko Dhaniya - मसिनो पारेको धनिया): 3 tablespoons 9. Peanut (Badam - बदाम): 5 tablespoons 10. Sichuan Pepper Powder (Timmur ko dhulo - टिम्मुर): 1 pinch 11. Freshly squeezed Lemon (Kagati - कागती): ½ piece or 1 and ½ tablespoons 12. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder: 1 teaspoon 13. Turmeric powder: 2 pinch 14. Black Salt (Bire Noon - नून): Per your taste or ½ teaspoon here 15.
