Deco Mesh Barbershop Wreath

This wreath was a custom order for a customer. But since I had requests for the sign, you can find it in my Etsy shop. Wreath base is a 16" wire frame. The blue and red 10" mesh was cut at 20" and the ruffle technique was used. The deco mesh that looks like burlap (10") was cut at 18" and gathered up using the ruffle method. Tails were cut at 12".
