A simple quick dish that doesn’t require much effort to eat.
The Chinese name of this dish meant ‘Peace for the Old and Young’ , because this dish is suitable for every age group. No bones and it can be literally slurped down.
Ingredients :
1 block Silken Tofu
1 cup fish paste
1 egg
Topping:
Shallot oil
Spring onion
Light soy sauce
🍲 You can cook the shallot oil using the conventional method over the stove , but i find using the microwave convenient because I only use one small bowl for the job
🍲 The ingredient ratio aren’t fixed, use more of any item as you wish.
🍲 You can use fresh fish fillets as well. Just mince or grind the fish, add salt and sugar to season and it’s good to go.
