@madeleinepousar5 years agoI have made myself a priority schedule actually. A bit like the " ideal day" you talked about in the end of the video. I do think it is easier 1. Breakfast (don' t skip breakfast) 2. Work (no phone at all at work. Goes in my deskdrawer) 3. Come home make dinner. Watch the news while eating. 4. Household chores (dishes, vacuum, etc) 5. Important tasks (pay bills etc) 6. Go for walk or gym. 7. Watch favorite show, movie or go on 8. Rewind and go to bed. ...Expand32

I give myself id="hidden9" some time during the day to watch youtube and thats it. also i recently spend a couple of days at my moms house. My younger siblings are still kids and they live at home. They are 11 and 6 years old. Seeing their everyday routine, how my mom handles the kids, her job, the household and cooking every single day was really inspiring. Especially sweing her be busy all day with chores, yet at night shes so happy and fulfilled. That really inspired me to be more like her. You probably said it as an extreme example but i really do spend three hours for me, i' ve noticed this lack of discipline is because of tiredness. I am so tired all the time that it just feels right to go straight home to my bed and stay there for a stupid amount of time.
