Follow me on: Facebook Page: Suha's Dishes Youtube Channel: Suha's Dishes Instagram Account: Suha's Dishes المقادير: 2 ملعقة طعام (30 مل) زيت نباتي 1/2 كوب (50 غرام) شعيرية 2 كوب (360 غرام) ارز بسمتي مغسول ومصفى( غير منقوع) ملعقة صغيرة ونصف ملح (او حسب الرغبة) 3 اكواب ونصف (او 4 اكواب) ماء بدرجة الغليان (حسب نوع الارز) Ingredients: 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable or canola oil 1/2 cup (50 g) vermicelli pasta 2 cups (360 g) basmati rice, washed and drained 1 1/2 tsp salt 3 1/2 to 4 cups hot boiling water (depending on the kind of rice you are using) 🌹Instructions 🌹 1. Rinse the rice with cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well and set aside. 2. In a medium non-stick pot heat oil on medium-high heat. Add the vermicelli pasta and continuously stir until it turns golden brown. 3. Add rinsed rice and keep stirring for 2 minutes. Add salt the pour in hot water (I used hot boiling water) and stir to combine. Bring to a full boil, then reduce the heat to low. Simmer covered for 18 to 20 minutes or until water dries up, and the rice cooks through. 4. Turn off the heat and leave the rice covered undisturbed for 10 minutes.
