My Favorite Fall Sandwich: The CUBANO

Cool weather is on the horizon and one of my favorite things to make on a brisk fall day is a Cubano sandwich. Now I know this doesn't have anything to do with pumpkin but there's no rulebook saying you have to engorge in gourds all season long. Anyway, the Cubano paired with a Cuba Libré with a fresh squeeze of lime is just perfection. I happened to have some leftover pulled pork and decided to heat it up and concoct this masterpiece.
