DAHI VADA AND DAHI BHALLA Two popular traditional dishes of India. Both dishes are made of Urad Dal or Black gram. Black gram have lot of health benefits like Improves Digestion. Urad dal is rich in fibre, both soluble and insoluble, which is known improve our digestion. Protects Heart. Boosts Energy. Improves Bone Health. Strengthens Nervous System. Helps Manage Diabetes. Good For Skin And Hair. High in Vitamin B Dahi Vada or Perugu Vada is originated from South India. Dahi BHALLA is originated in North India and it is a sweet dish. For both dishes the process is simple, black gram is soaked for 6 hours and made into batter. This batter is fried into vadas or dumplings. After frying soaked into yogurt or curd. Very simple ingredients are used. A step by step process is shown in the video.
