Cassava delight is a classic filipino dessert, tasty and delectable recipe that surely delight your taste buds.
INGREDIENTS;
3 CUPS GRATED CASSAVA
1/2 CUP SUGAR
2 CUPS COCONUT MILK
1 Tbsp PANDAN FLAVORING
1/2 CUP COCONUT OIL
A PINCH OF SALT
COCO JAM/LATIK FOR TOPPINGS
1. Combine grated cassava, sugar, pandan flavoring and coconut milk.
2. transfer into a pan and cook over low flame, continuously stirring for one hour or until the mixture become sticky. add the coconut oil, continue stirring until done.
3. transfer into a desired molds, serve and drizzle with coconut jam or latik.
