Orange Rosemary Butter (Dipping Sauce) Recipe:
1 Cup Brown Sugar
Pinch of Salt
1 Inch Ginger Root (Peeled, Sliced & Cubed)
1 Sprig Rosemary (Rinsed)
1 Orange (Zest & Juiced)
2 Tbsp Butter
2 tsp Cornstarch with 1/2 Cup Water
4 Cups Water
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil for 5 - 10 minutes. Add Cornstarch mixture, while stirring.
Keep stirring until mixture thickens slightly.
Strain.
