Facial exercise is a natural way Without surgery or expensive Botox. Helps to reduce the muscles around the jaw. Reshaping the face to look slimmer. Let's get started. Step 1 Jaw and chin for a slimmer look. Do this 10-20 times. Step 2 Handful both hands pressed, press the jaw and open the mouth forward. Do this 10-20 times. Step 3 Massage to relax the jaw muscles. Handful and use the knuckle to massage the jaw area 10 times. Step 4 Massage to relax the jaw muscles. Handful, use your knuckle to press the jaw area down to the chin. Do this 10 times. Step 5 Massage to relax the jaw muscles. Handful, use your knuckle to press the chin area upwards. Do this 10 times. Step 6 Resizing the face to a v shape. Push the palms against the jaw and lift it up. Hold for 5 seconds. Do this 10 times. Step 7 Resizing the face to a v shape. With your thumb, push the muscles starting from the chin. Hold for 5 seconds. Move the position up and hold for 5 seconds. Move the position up and hold for 5 seconds. Step 8 Resizing the face to a v shape. Press the index finger to create a clear V-shaped chin. Hold for 10 seconds. Step 9 Resizing the face to a v shape. Use your thumb to press under the chin for 10 seconds. Try to practice regularly and you will get a slender face. For some people who have uneven jaws, it may be caused by chewing on one side.     day 1: it felt good and relaxing and slight sore feeling but my skin was actually tightening up which means the results will day 2: i saw a small change!

    @avaneeshks71213 years ago Those who have a bigger jaw because of the bone structure, your face is pear/triangle, square or oblong which is not a bad thing. You can try pushing your jaws towards each other gently if you fear you have a big jaw. 6

    i tried this excercise (just for fun at first) and it' s not even a week but make face looks slim and more like a v shape, i us i highly recommend this
    use it because going to bed with some aloe vera gel or some moisture

    day 2: i only did it once today, but did random face exercises throughout the day. If u know you know -

    day 1- i did it 2 that day but i didnt see a difference.
    day 2- it was the same thing as yesterday.
    day 3- i saw a little bit of a difference.

    day 1: whoa. Why does this kinda hurt though- anyways, it feels great and my jawline feels both a tad bit more tight and relaxed.

    okay so i decided to this exercise for id="hidden35" about 2 weeks only as my face isnt too fat but it could definitely be slimmer. I will update everyday (dont worry i wont go missing)
    anyways lets go!
    day 1: my face feels a bit tighter already so maybe this works
    day 2: i think i see very slight change, my face looks thinner and its only day 2!
    day 3: seems like this works because my mum said how you can see my jawline slightly, i think i also see slight results its only day 3
    day 4: didnt do i cause i am soo tried today and busy, for today i saw no change
    day 5: did it twice because of yesterday but i saw slight change, my face looked slimmer
    day 6: okay so hear me out, ive also done some other exercises and my face got skinnier like my mum was like, wow your face got so much slimmer
    day 7: no change
    day 8: no change
    day 9: slight change
    day 10: my face looks more vshaped
    day 11: n change still more vshape
    day 12: i think its more v shape visible

    day 14: okay guys so i did not do it these past few day because my neck got really sore so i said that ill give myself a break,
    but for final results, this is really effective, omg today i was recording my vlog and i could see the v shape, id say after my break ill keep doing it, just so that it doesnt go back
