Hi guys! Kali ini kita akan masak menggunakan salah satu bahan baku favorit orang Indonesia, apalagi kalau bukan PETE! Yeay, selain rasa nya lezat dan unik, juga bau nya yang khas banget, pete itu ternyata baik untuk kesehatan lho, salah satunya bagus untuk penderita sakit lutut dan juga diabetes. Berikut resepnya yah : BAHAN BAKU 1/2 kg Udang laut segar 3 papan pete padi (ini ga bau dibanding jenis lainnya, bentuknya lebih kecil sedikit dari pete biasanya) 6 cabe keriting merah (atau sesuai selera) iris kasar 5 cabe rawit hijau (atau sesuai selera) 5 lembar daun salam 4 lembar daun jeruk 2 batang serai 4 butir bawang merah (cingcang kasar) 4 butir bawang putih (cingcang kasar) 1 potong jahe bumbu : garam, gula, lada ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hi guys!
