السلام عليكم🌸 المقادير: 3 حبات بطاطس ملعقة صغيرة زبدة ملعقة كبيرة زيت المائدة حبة كراث مقطعة فلفل(أحمر+أخضر+أصفر) حسب المتوفر ملح فلفل أبيض فلفل حار شطة(حسب الذوق) جبن مبشور دقيق أبيض بيضة خبز التوست تقدم ساخنة.صحتين و عافية🌸🌸🌸 The ingredients: 3 potatoes 1 Tbsp unsalted butter 1 Tbsp vegetable oil 1 small leek, finely chopped 1 red,green and yellow pepper finely chopped 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp white pepper A pinch of chilli powder grated cheese All purpose-flour 1 egg beaten toast bread vegetable oil for frying 1)Place the potatoes in a large pot. Cover with salted water and boil just until a sharp knife can be inserted halfway through. 2)Melt the butter+ the vegetable oil over medium-low heat . Add the chopped leek and pepper and sauté gently over medium-low heat for 7 to 10 minutes. Add the salt, the white pepper and the chilli powder. 3)In a large bowl use a fork to mash the potatoes until smooth and stir in the rest of the ingredients( chopped leek and pepper+salt+white pepper +chilli pepper +grated cheese) 4) shape the potato mixture into small discs. 5) Stir in flour , 1 beaten egg then toast bread (fragmented) 6)Heat enough vegetable oil to generously cover the bottom of a skillet or griddle. Add the potato balls and cook slowly over medium heat, about about 5min until deep golden-brown 7)Serve the mashed potato balls warm. Bon appetit🌸🌸🌸
