Vicks Humidifier, VapoPads, VapoRub, Cleaning Fish, for cold vicks vaporub cold sick shorts

This is how I treat my son’s minor cough and cold. I fill up the Vicks humidifier with filtered water. I add a humidifier cleaning fish to keep the humidifier cleaner longer.  On the side of the humidifier there’s a small compartment where you can add the VapoPads so I typically use one or two, depending how sick he feels. I turn on humidifier. Finally I rub Vicks VapoRub ointment on his chest and add a small cloth on top so it doesn’t dirty his shirt. Consult your doctor for more information. I hope this helps.
