KFC style Fish Fry | Batter fry fish | Christmas special | KFC style chicken

Hey guys!! Today we are going to be making the ultimate Fish fry!!So without further ado – LET’S GET COOKING!!! Ingredients: ½ cup- Flour ½ tsp- salt ½ tsp- pepper pwd 200g fish For batter: 1 cup- Flour 3 tbsp- Corn flour ½ tsp- pepper pwd ½ tsp- salt ¼ tsp- baking soda ½ tsp- baking pwd ½ tsp- chilli pwd 8 tbsp- water Procedure: 1. Add flour , salt and pepper and place in a plate. 2. In a bowl add flour, salt, pepper, corn flour , baking soda, baking powder and chilli pwd . 3. Give it a good mix. 4. Add in the water little by little and make a batter. 5. Begin by dredging fish in flour then cover in batter and cover in flour again and place in hot oil. 6. Cook all fish pieces like the same 7.
