LINK: https://amzn.to/2LcMENG ITALIAN LINK: https://amzn.to/2rWgoFD ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients: Makes 12 Cinnamon Rolls Cinnamon Rolls: 150 g (3/4 cups) Dark Brown Muscovado Sugar 1 ½ tbsp (about 12 grams) Cinnamon Powder 6 large White Sandwich Slices (14x22 cm – 5,5 x 9 inch) About 140 g (2/3 cup) Unsalted Butter, room temperature 1 Egg Cream Cheese Glaze: 50 g (2 oz) Cream Cheese 20 g (2 tbsp) Powdered Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Paste About 2 tbsp Milk (30 g) Directions: 1. Grease a muffin pan with butter and set aside. 2. Mix Dark Brown Sugar and Cinnamon and set aside. 3. Roll the bread slices with a rollin pin until slightly thinner (about 3 mm – 0,16 inch) 4. Spread every bread slices with softened butter 5. Spread the Cinnamon Sugar mix on top 6. Place the bread slices in pairs and slightly overcome the shorter side 7. Roll up every pair of bread slices. You’ll get 3 rolls. 8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate the rolls until prepare the Cream Cheese Glaze. 9. Prepare the Cream Cheese Glaze: mix Cream Cheese, Vanilla and Powdered Sugar, then add the Milk little by little until reach a creamy consistency (not too runny). Set aside. 10. Remove the rolls from the fridge and cut every roll in 4 slices (about 4 cm – 1,5 inch every slice) . 11. Dip every roll slice into beaten egg. 12. Place every roll into a muffin mold and Bake in preheated oven at 180° C – 350° F for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. 13. Cool down over a wire rack. 14. Glaze the rolls using a piping bag (optional).
