A unique and new way of relishing Moong Dal Pakodi with spiced water basically from pani puri. It is a combination of pani puri and dahi vada. This recipe is healthy also because we are making pakodi without deep frying.
Ingredients:
For Pakodi
Dehusked Green Gram ( Dhuli Moong ) - 1/2 cup
Green Chilies - 2 no.
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
Asafoetida ( Hing ) - 2 pinch
Ino Salt - 3/4 tsp
Water - 4 - 5 cups
Salt - 1 tsp
For Pani
Fresh Coriander - 1 cup
Mint Leaves - 1/2 cup
Green Chilies - 4no.
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Raw Mango - 1 medium size
Black Salt - 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Fennel ( Saunf) Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chat Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Onion - 1 medium size
Lemon - 1/2 sliced
Mint Leaves - 1 tbsp chopped
