With a subcircular shape of 300 m in diameter, the pond has a body of water 6 m deep. It is the smallest natural lake in the Middle Atlas with an area of 3.5 hectares, its level is variable depending on the seasons and the annual rainfall and its catchment area is 3 km², according to the High Commission for Water and forests and the fight against desertification. This lake is popular with hikers in the region who come to admire the water lilies once on the plain. A unique landscape that makes visitors happy and especially photography enthusiasts.
