[1] This place was the last place in which the [[ Prophet Mohamed peace be upon him ]] prayers and [[ Prophet Mohamed peace be upon him]]  offered the Eid prayer in 631 AD , as the  [[ Prophet Mohamed peace be upon him]] prayed in absentia for the Negus . [2] Currently, prayers are not held there because of its proximity to the Prophet’s Mosque. It is one of the archaeological and historical mosques in Medina. مسجد الغمامة (المصلى) هو في الموقع الذي صلى به النبی صلاة العيد في المدينة المنورة. [1] وكان هذا المكان آخر المواضع التي صلى بها الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم صلاة العيد عام 631م، كما صلى فيه الرسول صلاة الغائب على النجاشي. [2] وحاليا لا تقام فيه الصلاة لقربه من المسجد النبوي الشريف. ويعدّ من المساجد الأثرية والتاريخية بالمدينة المنورة. مسجد الغمامہ اسی جگہ پر ہے جہاں نبی اکرم . محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم. نے  نماز عید پڑھی ۔ [1] یہ جگہ آخری جگہ تھی جہاں رسول اللہ نے 631  عیسوی میں عید کی نماز پڑھی تھی ، اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نجاشی کی غائبانہ نمازِجنازہ  ادا کی تھی ۔ [2] فی الحال ، مسجد نبوی کی قربت کی وجہ سے وہاں نماز نہیں ادا کی جاتی ہے۔ یہ مدینہ میں آثار قدیمہ اور تاریخی مساجد میں سے ایک ہے۔
