KLIM Backcountry Team Avalanche Training

Earlier this winter we joined some of our KLIM Backcountry Team riders in Colorado for an AIARE Level 1 avalanche certification course. No matter what anyone’s experience level was, we all came away with more knowledge, smoother processes and an improved understand of – and respect for – avalanche conditions. It was an excellent opportunity to hone our skills to intelligently navigate the backcountry. Avalanche safety is something we care deeply about here at KLIM, it’s part of the reason we go to work every day, and we’re proud to be a part of the movement toward reducing snowmobile fatalities and helping riders have a great time in the backcountry. https://www.avalanche-alliance.org/
