Cooked with special homemade roasted masala paste makes this Prawn ghee roast Amazingly dilicious. Generally, It’s served as the main course in Karnataka but you can serve it as a side dish or starter too. I personally love to team up with kerala red rice ( kerala Matta rice ). Ingredients:
500 gm Prawns ( cleaned and deveined )
2 tbs curd
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder kashmiri
Salt as per taste
10 Dry red chilli
1 tsp black pepper corn
2 tbs coriander seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Very little around 4-5 seeds of mustard and fenugreek
6-7 garlic pods
Lemon size tamarind
3-4 tbs Ghee for curry
2 tbs Ghee for Seasoning
