Then add in rest of the ingredients one bone ,also add 2 tb sp hot oil and 1 tsp Ghee and mix again with less water. 3.Then with adding slowly in batches very little water and make a stiff dough. Make small balls, press using chapathi or puri between on butter paper and deep fry on low flame until it turns golden brown 4. You can serve hot Maddur Vadas with Coconut Chutney.
