@CotySchwabe5 years agoSo true story - he was my uncle. He was a nice guy overall. Only got to meet him twice. Had lots of stuff. Nice cars and houses here in arizona. But really basically, when he got busted his wife and kid disowned him, he lost everything - business and money and things - and had nothing left and ended it. i don' t believe in what he did as he kinda started the whole infomercial money-making scheme thing, but again - he was human and he got swept up in making so much money, he had to keep it up to keep everything he had, and in the end, he lost everything because of it. ...Expand85

He claims to have made $6m in 6 months from selling solar eclipse glasses on ama id="hidden9"zon. he shows proof of his sales and talks about his previous failures on amazon and shows how he came up with the idea for the eclipse glasses. If you recall there was a big solar eclipse back in 2017 and it got a lot of media coverage. He explains that there werent any cool looking, functional glasses for sale on amazon other than those corny paper cutout glasses. His product was steam punky, robust and very cool looking. Given this explanation, and the fact that the eclipse was a very seasonal, one time event, i do believe his claim. Which sounded outrageous on the outset. he also sells his course for $1. Hard to make guru money at that price point. My friend went through his course and says it was better than other courses that charged $1-2k. fwiw i believe him, you cant establish a personal brand selling a course for $1 and then start selling courses for the same price as everyone else. I think you should give him a fair shake. ...Expand5
