73 year-old author and journalist Keith Howes shows us his ‘natural flow’ exercises in Sydney's Centennial Park. From Keith: 'It is called Animal Flow or Natural Flow. All postures and exercises must be preceded by a warmup and on no account should any of the postures/flows be attempted without proper training. As someone completely unused to physical exercise, apart from walking, I have worked with a trainer for 18 months and do an hour's session, including warmups, games and cooling down, twice a week and try to do some exercises at home. As an older person I need to retain a sense of balance in my everyday life, practice right brain/left brain challenges, improver peripheral vision and general visual acuity. I love this exercise but I stress this has been carefully crafted for my individual abilities and stamina. I still believe walking to be hugely beneficial and I usually do a one hour or two hour walk before I begin my training.' #Keithhowes #CentennialPark
