Ingredients:
1. Peanut - 1 cup(dry roast)
2. Red Chillies- 4 to 5
3. Oil - 2 TBS
4. Garlic Cloves - 4 to 5 ( fry them till they get brown)
5. Cumin Seeds - 1 tbs
6. Tamarind- 4 to 5 piece
7. Now add all the ingredients into your grinder and grind till fine paste.
8. For Tadka:
a) Oil - 1 tbs
b) Mustard Seeds- 1 tbs
c) curr leaves - 4 to 5
d) red chillies- 3 to 4
