Europe is dominated by the Indo-european languages (Romance, Germanic, Slavic, Baltic, etc.) even though, there are some languages that stand out since they aren't related to most European languages.
Today's languages: Finnish and Estonian, are Uralic languages. They both are related.
Neither Finland nor Estonia are Nordic nations, they are Uralic nations.
