Philippine Airlines A321 Kuala Lumpur - Manila | Old Cabin, Good Service

Welcome back to my channel. In this video, I will b showing you my flying experience with Philippine Airlines from Kuala Lumpur 🇲🇾 to Manila 🇵🇭 in Economy Class. This is my first time flying on Philippine Airlines. The Airline’s motto is The Heart of Filipino. This airline’s service truly portrays the warmth hospitality of Filipino. Cabin crew are fantastic and service is good. The soft product is great and of course there are still rooms for improvements in terms of the hard products. Cabin crew’s communication skill is great and always speak in soft and gentle tone. Due to the pandemic, the airlines removes its Mabuhay inflight magazine. I truly hope that inflight magazines would come back in the near future. Also, I am truly looking forward to experiencing Philippine Airlines A350, both business class and economy class if I have the chance.
