Paneer Jamun:
Ingredients:
Unsweetened khoa-200 gms
Paneer -200 gms
Corn flour -2 spn
Sugar-1 cup
Preparation:
1. Grate the khoa
2. Take the bowl mash the paneer.
3. Mix khoa with paneer
4. Add 2 spn corn flour.Mix all ingredients together to make soft dough.
5. Keep it close for 30 mins.
6. Make the balls
7. Keep the kadai and deep fry the jamun.
8 Let it cool then add it in the sugar syrup.
9. Now yummy Paneer Jamun is ready to serve.
