A 42-year-old man was taken to Raffles Hospital on Wednesday (July 7) morning after an accident along the East Coast Parkway (ECP) that ended with the man’s mangled car nestled among potted plants. In photos posted on social media, the car was visibly damaged after it crashed into the potted plants that line the expressway’s divider.
