    @themaverickfiles20204 years ago Nice video dude. Keep up the hard work. I feel you man. When there’s nothing driving you it’s hard to motivate yourself to do something just for the hell of it. Your legs still look fine and you’re not training for a competition right now so it’s the perfect excuse not to go ham with legs by doing high volume with lower weights. Powerlifting seems more your thing and your passion. I mean honestly you can do whatever you set your mind to and you’ve already proven that to yourself by competing in bodybuilding again last year after a long hiatus. Btw I used to put ketchup on my hot dogs when I was a kid. People thought I was nuts lol. I still do it but I love mustard just as well. Stay safe during these crazy times. ... 1

The physical part of working out and strength is just a bonus. Figure if I'm going to beat my body up for my mental health, might as well do it right and get as strong as I can while I'm at it. ... 1

I ended up ordering a whole entire home gym. lmao Im just waiting on my barbell and Rogue power rack. lol There is no way that I will get anything out of doing bodyweight exercises after working out for over 7 years with heavy weight.
