I am a vegan bodybuilder and in this video I am reviewing Coach Greg Doucette's Anabolic Cookbook. I explain how most of the recipes can be made vegan by using ingredients such as egg replacer, almond milk, and seitan.
I make my own vegan version of Greg's Anabolic French Toast and his Apple Goop (or is it apple poop?).
Overall I 100% recommend this cookbook and it is totally worth the $99!
