Paneer bhruji is an easy and simple lunchbox recipe, whixh can be made tasty and healthy in less than 15 minutes.
Ingredients :
• Paneer / Cottage Cheese
• Capsicum
• Onions
• Green Chillies
• Curry leaves
• Ginger
• Garlic
• Salt
• Turmeric Powder
• Cumin Powder powder
• Garam masala
Recipe :
• Heat a pan and add oil
• Add ginger , garlic , onions , capsicum and curry leaves
• Saute for a couple of minutes
• Add Crumbled paneer
• Add salt , turmeric powder and cumin powder
• Saute for 2-3 minutes
• turn off the flame
And the tasty, healthy and protein rich food is ready in no time.
