Sopas
(Chicken Macaroni Soup)
Ingredients
4 pcs. Chicken drumstick (or any part)
1 chicken broth cubes
Celery
1 carrot, cut into strip
1 medium size onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 big can evaporated milk
5 pcs sausages
1 cup elbow macaroni
Water
Ground black pepper
Seasoning (optional) or salt
Procedure
1. Boil chicken in a pot of water. Add chicken broth cube. Cook until it's tender. Set aside the chicken broth to use later.
2. Shred the chicken into pieces and set aside.
3. Heat oil and saute onion, garlic, carrots, sausage and shredded chicken.
4. Add chicken broth and 2 cups of water.
5. Then add in also elbow macaroni, evaporated milk.
6. Add seasoning (optional) or you can just use salt. Then add also ground black pepper.
7. Cook until the macaroni is done.
8. Lastly add the celery and turn off the heat.
