@sutil50783 years ago Thanks for the video, I am having strong cramp on my frontal side of the lag as a result of lower back (to the side) spasm, the back i learned how to message it.. and it almost gone.. the problem is that the frontal part of the leg to the side (extensor?) hurt and I feel the cramp for 2 days now.. when I message it downward it transfer to the ankle area and Achilles .. but when I le down it goes back to the extensor area.. I havent slept for three night, a bit during day., I avoid going to physiotherapist because of covid. In my region right now it is early morning and still the extensor is contracted I haven't slept at all.. when I lie in bed it started to become tense I tried message, a bit of heat nothing help.. but it helped my back which is recovered almost fully.. if I do what you said about he frontal massage (with toes pointed toward ceilings)how long do I have to keep it 20 sec? how many times and how much time between intervals .. like 3 times a day spaced? thanks may God give you happiness and protect you and your love ones for your explanation. thanks a lot ... 4

@robinlillian94716 years ago The solution for calf cramps is easy. Flex your foot, and if you can't do that, put it flat on the floor and stand up. Quadricep cramps are much more painful and hard to fix. 3

@rob276414 years ago What type of massage oil you use ? and Where do you get it? 3
  • @
@Jobe-136 months ago I just stretch out my leg and press down and in on my calf, and usually the cramp goes away. But sometimes the cramp is simply too strong and I can only wait in agony for it to stop.

@JohnNozum8 years ago I thank you VERY MUCH for posting this video! While I'm not a licensed massage therapist, and thus can't legally do this as a BUSINESS, I do sometimes work on a friend or relative--out of Christian compassion. I am a strong proponent of what I call "Christian massage therapy" and "Christian therapeutic touch".
While I'm at it here, I found that stuff like this can be HIGHLY beneficial for treating restless legs syndrome. NOTE: I'm sorry to say that self-massage does NOT work well for restless legs syndrome. That "works" about as well as trying to make a battery recharge itself (no "outside" help). I found for treating RLS, it is often more of INTENTION rather than technique. I found that severe loneliness and stress seem to really cause and/or aggravate RLS.
I also like the acoustics in your room (a nice little echo going on here). That may go GREAT with a nice sound system and some good relaxation music.
Getting back to leg cramps, I found that STRESS can be a huge contributor to this problem (from my own personal and primary research).
I also found that massage therapy, especially Swedish massage, can do WONDERS for suicide prevention, especially in people who are AFFLICTED, AFFLICTED, and AFFLICTED (i.e. satanic attacks). I know, for I've had this problem off and on in my life. I'm sorry to say that "professional" mental help often does NOT help here, including psychiatric drugs, unless there is an actual chemical imbalance or something. That has been tried and failed, tried and failed, tried and failed,... However, nice companionship and nice touch have been PROVEN to do wonders in me. It is also interesting that when you share this good stuff with others, that can augment the good in you, too--a double benefit! Now counseling should at least be attempted when it comes to suicide ideology and such, just in case if there are issues that maybe you CAN control, but just don't realize it. In the case of ongoing satanic and/or demonic attacks, that clearly MUST be dealt with from a spiritual standpoint. A multidisciplinary approach is often necessary. If a person lives ALONE (often by FORCE--by bad circumstances), then other COMPASSIONATE CHRISTIANS need to chip in and help this person. If the person exhibits ONGOING and often disproportionate negativity, that needs to be addressed, such as through counseling. A good multidisciplinary approach here may include counseling, massage therapy, and FREQUENT companionship, all topped off with Christian prayer.
Anyway, thank you VERY MUCH for sharing this video!
May God's peace be with you--in the name of Jesus!
